My name is Anna Rose Aristoteles the owner of Anna Wellness Centre. I am Registered Massage Therapist and also an Esthetician with a deep passion for helping others feel their best physically, mentally and emotionally. I started as Esthetician back 2014.I graduated at Alberta College of Massage Therapy last year. With a strong foundation in anatomy, deep tissue techniques, and holistic wellness.

I specialize in deep tissue and Children Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot stone Massage, Relaxation Techniques and Prenatal Massage. I also offer Teeth Whitening, Japanese Head Spa, and soon Body Contouring and Facial. I offer personalized treatments designed to address both physical tension and emotional stress. Weather you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply in need of self-care, my goal is to create calm, supportive space where your body can heal and your mind can rest.

Nadia can do Direct Billing for BlueCross,Sunlife,Greenshield,Empire life.We are still waiting for the rest of the insurance to be direct billing for her. But you can reinburse it because she’s a license Therapist. Nadia has extensive experience with the swedish, therapeutic/Deep tissue flushing techniques,heat and cold,Prenatal Massage.She graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage in 2007 and prides herself on adressing each individual treatment goals.SHe loves educating clients on Massage self-care (dieting,excercise,stretching ), and ergonamics for at home/workplace in the prevention of further injury. Back in 2007 Nadia had oppurtunity to travel to Conventry to England to tiny Tim’s children Centre, a centre providing free Therapy to children with dissabilities. She completed her Massage Practicum at the Centre finding it humbling to be surrounder by children who never stopped smiling, even while they overcame great challenges. She has since volunteered massage to promote wellness weeks for several companies and charity events such as MS bike tour, Women wellness fair, westjet, U of M and the Pan Am summer games.

She provides personalized treatments designed to promote relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being. With a background in yoga and dance, Zenaya has a deep appreciation for movement and the importance of caring for the body. She combines strength with compassion in her practice, helping clients feel their best so they can move freely and live with ease.
